Abstract
Exponentiated colour factors (ECFs) are essential to study the soft anomalous dimension in perturbative QCD using Feynman diagrams known as webs. Traditionally, ECFs are obtained by acting the web mixing matrices to a column vector made out of the colour factors of the diagrams present in a web. In this paper, we propose a new method to obtain them using a simpler approach that uses the concepts developed in Agarwal et al. (JHEP 06:020, 2022, https://doi.org/10.1007/JHEP06(2022)020, arXiv:2204.05936 [hep-ph]). We provide an example to validate our method.
