Intermittent generalized synchronization regime has been studied experimentally. As a model under study, three unidirectionally coupled Chua’s generators (drive, response and auxiliary ones) with different attractors’ topologies have been chosen. To detect the presence of intermittent generalized synchronization the auxiliary system approach has been used. We show that the jump intermittency is observed for a relatively large values of the coupling strength due to the presence of the control parameter mismatch between the response and auxiliary systems. The presence of such a regime has been proven both by the revealing the mechanisms resulting in the appearance of intermittency and by the calculation of its statistical characteristics.
