Abstract
This article presents results obtained for mixed crystal of Zn1-xBexSe. Samples with different Be contents were examined to determine their thermal, optical and electrical properties. The influence of composition of investigated mixed crystals on the value of thermal diffusivity, electrical resistivity and energy gap was checked. An interesting problem is a correlation between thermal properties and other physical parameters. In this work possible correlations between the thermal diffusivity and either the optical band gap determined from photothermal spectra or electrical conductivity are studied.
The current investigation is a part of research projects: BK-269/RMF-1/2006 and 1 P03B 092 27.
