The role of chemical composition on
dielectric, piezoelectric and electromechanical properties of PLZT x/90/10
has been investigated. The Pb(Zr,Ti)O3 90/10 and (Pb,La)(Zr,Ti)O3
x/90/10 ceramics with 2 and 3 at. % of lanthanum with starting
stoichiometries corresponding with A– and B – site compensating
valence substitutions were prepared. In order to present the differences due
to appearance the vacancies in Pb or Zr (Ti) sublattice, polarization and
strain behavior versus electric field were performed. For antiferroelectric
PLZT 3A/90/10 the polarization and strain
, at electric field E=5kV/mm, were achieved.
