We study the interplay of disorder, interactions, and decoherence induced by spontaneous emission process. Interactions are introduced in the Anderson model via a mean-field approximation, and a simple model allows us to take into account spontaneous emission effects. Numerical simulations in different dynamical regimes and physical pictures for the mechanisms at play are discussed. We demonstrated the existence of scaling laws on the width of the initial state.
