Application of fiber laser for a Higgs factory

Abstract

This paper proposes a medium size (∼ 6 km) circular Higgs factory based on a photon collider. The recent breakthrough in fiber laser technology by means of a coherent amplifier network makes such a collider feasible and probably also affordable.
