The skyrmion-like charge density in graphite–potassium intercalation compounds has been analyzed. We have discussed relation between the parity-anomaly-like quantum fluctuation and the catalysis. It is shown that the parity-anomaly-like quantum fluctuation plays an important role as one factor of the catalysis.
