Hyperradiant lasing in the incoherently driven two quantum dots coupled to a single mode cavity

We study the hyperradiant lasing in the incoherently pumped two quantum dots coupled to single-mode photonic crystal cavity. We include the effects of exciton-phonon interaction in this semiconductor cavity QED system using polaron transformation approach. After obtaining the master equation for the system, we have numerically solved it and explored the steadystate cavity field statistics of the system. We further showed this incoherently pumped system exhibits hyperradiant lasing under suitable parameters.
