The mm Universe conference is the second edition in a series of biennial workshops.

This international conference is mainly dedicated to the scientific exploitation of the NIKA2 camera installed at the 30-m telescope of IRAM located in Pico Veleta (Spain). The conference focused on scientific topics such as the environmental impact on dust properties, the star formation processes at low and high redshifts, the evolution of large-scale structures and the use of galaxy clusters for precision cosmology.

The Conference was organised by the Department of Physics at Sapienza University in Rome and held online due to the current situation. Luckily the virtual format allowed all the interested participants to be able to take part. The number of participants was 145, from several countries. The conference lasted 5 days with 64 presentations in plenary sessions. Overall, this conference was a great success thanks to the enthusiasm of the participants and the high quality of both their presentations and their papers published in the book of proceedings.
